Great hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Our room had a handicap accessible shower, great for my wife with knee issues! Hotel also has enclosed pool with nice warm water and a separate spa!
The rooms are pretty spacey but our fridge is on the fritz and making loud noises but they said they would replace it but never did. The tv remote also would not power on/off the tv which was odd since it worked for volume and channel control. The air works great in the room though and no complaints about the shower or bathroom. It’s an overall nice room and the free breakfast was wonderful with omelets, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, and all kinds of other snacks and things. The bed was comfortable as well and the hot tub and pool was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend!
The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds. The pool was clean and warm. Housekeeping can in room even though I asked the not to. Front desk called and woke me up asking me to leave even though I paid for two nights. Not too bad of location but there was homeless people hanging around the parking lots
This location was fantastic. I almost didn't come here due to a bad experience at a Quality Inn in a other state but I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. The rooms were spacious and clean, Karla was fantastic, and the location is central to alot of things to see. Highly recommend this location!!
Very clean and nice staff.so relax and comfortable to stay here. My family loved the breakfast bar! They loved making their own waffles and toast.
This was a great, last-minute choice for our most recent visit to Colorado Springs. Very clean, very minimal (still had a snack shop & decent breakfast.) This location was ideal next to the airport & 7-11. Would definitely recommend & stay again. Special thanks to Carla @ the front desk for taking care of us & for our transport back to the airport!
Arrived late, but the receptionist was there and very nice. The room is clean and comfortable, and with lots of plug ins by the beds. The hot tub is a good temperature as well. It was pretty quiet after hours which was great for me sleeping!
